Become the fast old guy that beats up on the young kids.
Personal:
Married, no kids, 3 cats. Grew up in AZ. Now I live in New England.
Easy run at the 1/2 mile track. Same feeling as yesterday - dead tired. Had my blood drawn today. I should have the results in a few days. 4.14 miles. 32:24. 7:49/mile. 136 BPM.

Blood work looks fine. I have a good friend who's a doctor and endurance athlete. He said my RBC looked high and my hemaglobin and hematocrit were spot on. This points to either dehydration, altitude training or EPO use. Process of elimination points to dehydration. In layman's terms I am dry so the amount of red blood cells appear higher than they really are because I have less fluid in the blood. I'm on my way to recovery....
